By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review the Terms periodically.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Keta Tov offers subscription-based access to online courses.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly/annual basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the current cycle.

6. REFUNDS

This website operates in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Keta Tov and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Keta Tov is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (I) your use or inability to use the Site; (II) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (III) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (IV) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; (V) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (VI) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold Keta Tov and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
